AIED + EDM + L@S (Co-located Conferences)

One registration provides full access to all conference sessions, workshops, and official events across AIED, EDM, and L@S.

Visa letters will be sent out in batches every Monday and Thursday once your registration is complete. Please do not send emails regarding this.

We are pleased to let you know that we have moved up the Student Volunteer (SV) notification date to April 20.
If you are waiting for the SV results, please hold off on registering until then. We appreciate your patience!

Important Dates

📅 Early Bird deadline: May 3, 2026 — 11:59 PM AoE (Anywhere on Earth)

After this deadline, Regular rates will apply.

Registration Fees

FoL 2026 uses country-based differential pricing (following the CHI model). Your registration rate is determined by your country of residence:

• Category F (100%)
• Category O (75%)
• Category L (50%)

Membership Benefits
