Child and Family Accompaniment Policy

1. General Principle

• The conference aims to foster an inclusive environment.
• Participants are allowed to be accompanied by children and family members under the following guidelines.
• Please visit the Registration desk before entering the conference hall. Without badges, the accompanies cannot enter.

2. Accompanying Children without Guardian (Under 18)

• Access: Children are permitted to enter the conference venue.
  • Rationale: The only guardian might present or attend the conference, so we would like to accept the children to the session rooms. Considering the safety issue, as long as the children are with the attendee, it should be fine.
• Registration Fee: Free of charge
• Badges can be hand-written and provided on site.

3. Accompanying Children with Guardians (Family Members)

• Access:
  • Corridors / Common areas: Allowed
  • Session rooms: Not allowed
    • Rationale: The guardian can take care of the children.
• Registration Fee: Free for both

📌 For the Monday reception, there will be an additional fee to be charged for accompanies.
On-site payment via card is available in the Registration Desk by Monday afternoon.
